Information you provide
Contact forms collect your name, email, optional phone, subject, selected service and message. Privacy requests collect your name, email, request type and description. We record your affirmative consent when submitting these forms. Do not submit passwords, payment information or identity documents.
How information is used
We use inquiry details to respond to your request and privacy request details to verify ownership and respond appropriately. Website contact information is not automatically subscribed to marketing lists. Inquiry and request records are stored in PostgreSQL and are available only to authenticated administrators.
Optional analytics
Analytics is off until you choose to allow it. If accepted, the website records page paths without query strings, referring website hostname, browser family, device category, visit time and an anonymous visitor identifier. A configured trusted hosting proxy may supply a country code. Visitor records do not contain names, emails or raw IP addresses. We respect your browser’s Do Not Track preference.
Cookies and preferences
The anonymous analytics cookie can last up to 90 days. Essential administrator sessions expire after 12 hours. Your theme and analytics choice are stored in your browser’s local storage. An additional functional theme cookie can last up to one year and allows pages to render in your chosen theme immediately. You can change your analytics choice through the footer or cookie preferences. Withdrawal stops future analytics and removes the identifier cookie; it does not automatically erase previous anonymous visit records.
Hosting and third-party content
The hosting environment and database process requests needed to deliver this website. The bundled illustrations, logos and fonts are served locally. Administrators can add externally hosted blog covers or logos; loading such images sends ordinary browser requests to their hosts. This website does not automatically send your contact form details to those providers. KronixBiz is a separate product; follow its policies when using its website or services.
Retention
The documented daily cleanup removes analytics older than 90 days and expired sessions. Inquiries and privacy requests remain until administrators delete them according to business needs and applicable requirements. We do not promise an automated inquiry deletion period.
Access, corrections and deletion
Use our data request form to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent. Our team verifies ownership before sharing or changing information. This form records a request; it does not automatically export or delete records.
Security
We use restricted administrator access, hashed passwords, server-side validation and secure deployment controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Updates
We may update this policy when website behavior changes. The date above identifies this version.
